I just got diagnosed with Raynaud’s and I’m still trying to figure it all out. If you have it too please dm me or let me know what you know because trying to do research on it is impossible for some reason.

I got diagnosed last year, I was told to keep warm too, however like JustRachelle I then start to overheat, so much so the sweat is running off me, I have to be just a comfortable heat all the time or I'll either loose the feelings in my toes and fingers or get drenched in sweat!

Hi I have it as well.. developed it this year in May. My rheumatologist just told me at this time all I can do is try to stay warm.

@JustRachelle that’s pretty much all I’ve been able to read. Stay warm and not stressed lol.

@Soskae it hard because one minute I’m hot so I’ll take my sweater off and my socks to cool down and then I’m back cold.. it’s like a back and forth battle 🤦🏽‍♀️ lol
