Looking for Friends Who Understand My Schizophrenia and SLE

Hello I deal with schizophrenia as well as SLE, was hoping to make some friends to talk to that understand, and won’t get mad when I’m too sick to socialize.

I have been diagnosed as schizoaffectave, but do have schizophrenia symptoms as well. I know those two are slightly different but, in some ways similar. We can definitely talk about it if you'd like ✌️✨ And i do not have sle. Closest thing to that is i do suffer from immense body aches, joint pains, headaches...etc. But my tissue is just fine. If I can ask, do you know what causes your lupus to flair out? I've herd most cases are unknown with the cause when diagnosed with it.
