I was able to switch to Working From Home. Many jobs allow that now. Works great as i physically cant do much until late morning. This helps keep up my perspective and happiness. Being productive is an important aspect to me. I can go to work (lapdesk on my bed or couch) shortly after waking. Then try to get dressed, etc over the course of the next several breaks. And then actually physically do something for a bit during esrly afternoon. Win-win

Honestly I can't work. And I'm done with thinking that I can. I know that doesn't work for some especially if you're a single mom but my husband is providing for us right now we don't really have a choice.

I use my phone and Google home constantly for reminders so I don't forget as much. Also compression socks seem to help a little bit. Snacks, all the salty snacks. I do know some people who take meds but after talking with my cardiologist, I decided it wasn't worth the risk of increasing my POTS symptoms for the extra engery.
