How do you cope with work, family, and hobbies? Sometimes it's very hard to get the energy to do your basic tasks for the day.

I struggle with this on a daily basis. I’ve found trying to get things done during the times of day when I have the most energy helps. Then doing 1-3 small tasks I can knock out that day instead of grappling with a long to do list that will make me feel overwhelmed. And saying NO when I’ve run out of energy.

Don’t berate yourself if you can’t get everything done in a day that you want to. There’s always time.
It is definitely a challenge. I take a lot of naps and a lot of time to recharge by myself, whether it be taking a bath or at least 15 min to myself. I listen to my body, and ask myself if I have the energy to do something. If I don't I take a break or rest as much as possible. Over-doing it just makes you feel more sad and frustrated I've found, and then you're not excited to spend time with family, etc because you are too exhausted. Little steps, whether it is accommodation at work or start by focusing on one area and take it slow
