Looking for others with similar symptoms

Is there anyone with symptoms like mine? I have soft twitching in my whole body, muscles pain, neck, upper and lower back pain. Weakness on arms and sometimes legs. I have tingling, numbness on my hands and feet. Sensations of cold water on some parts of body, goods bumps, coxis pain, Some upper and lower degenerate disks on my back. I have acid reflux, I can’t sleep well without medication. Doctors don’t know well and say”Fibromyalgia” , but I found “Isaac syndrome” and “Arachnoiditis”syndrome with similar symptoms as mine.
