Dealing with unexplained pain and frustration

I’m so frustrated….I just want answers. I’ve been dealing with progressively worse tingling, numbness, and pain in all my limbs and my lower right back (it’s word in right extremities) as well as other things like fatigue, exercise intolerance, tachycardia, and on and on. I’m tired of tests coming back as close to or actually normal. Every step seems to just bring more questions. I have referrals for neurology and rheumatology coming up (neuro isn’t until May! And the other is not scheduled yet) and some outstanding blood work, but I’m just weary. I had such a bad pain day… sometimes I’d say it was a 9 and I have a high pain tolerance. Anyone else dealing with anything like this?

Do you have any nerve pain ? Feeling nerves moving ? I have some of what you mentioned but not all.

My MRI of the lumbar spine was normal, so there don’t appear to be any alignment issues and that with the normal nerve conduction study really seem to rule out impingement. It could be fibromyalgia, but it could be MS, Lupus, Lyme, and about 100 other things… 😭 We’re trying to narrow the field and figure it out. Yesterday was so bad. The pain was definitely at a 9 at different times of the day. It’s been less bad today, until just now and it’s not feeling to great.

I have the tingling left side internal tremors, numbness left side of mr leg worse starting in the afternoon , evening. I use those leg massagers I get from Amazon and weighted blankets. Better than anything. Gave me Gabapentin helps some. Essential tremors and Restless leg syndrome is what they told me. My heart beats fast when the tremors come inside and my lower jaw . Hopefully this helps 💕

I had to get nerve ablation for nerve impingement in my lower lumbar. Have you ever had an MRI for bone 🦴 issues, etc ..

Could it be fibromyalgia?

You could also in the meantime stretch your lower extremities like your hamstrings and quads. It pulls your hip muscles more into place than before. It made a big difference for me.

I personally advise seeing a physical therapist because they're *actual* doctors. I do not recommend seeing chiropractors. I saw two and it was mostly a waste of money :( With physical therapy though, they know much more about hips and have much more effective treatment and advice. I wish I knew that from the beginning!!

Have you been to a Chiropractor? Unalignment can cause that stuff, putting pressure on nerves, resulting in numbness and tingling.

Sending hopeful vibes to you 💞 I have sciatica in my lower back and down my right leg too. That numb type of pain is so hard to deal with. And I'm so sorry it's so extreme for you 😔
