Pain my lower back and neck and shoulders I have like a constant tightness in my neck muscles to be honest I didn’t know anything about fibromyalgia I got diagnosed by my rheumatologist I met the pressure point Criteria

Just miss typed. I think I'm really asking for what warning signs if any y'all know of to help me to pin point when I'm gonna have a flare up? Or that my medication might need to change. Been diagnosed for a little over a year and a half and biggest complaint is the constant joint pain and muscle spasms for me

Mine starts in my back and shoulders then I get almost like sharp nerve plain down my arms and I start to swell I get extremely tired
