Looking for Personal Experiences with Fibromyalgia Symptoms

It matched me with Fibromyalgia here, but I have no received a formal diagnosis out of cervical myofascial syndrome, does anyone mind sharing their personal symptoms/ signs?

So I've been gaining symptoms slowly for about 7 years now.. I've had my arms and legs go numb, bad muscle and joint pain, brain fog and memory issues, abdominal pain, issues with temperature perception, anxiety and depression, sleeping troubles, fatigue, migraines, muscle twitches and cramps, nausea, noise and light sensitivity... my first signs were the temperature perception and bad pain in my knees

oh goodness I’m very sorry. But that is very helpful personally because I have had neck pain and arm numbness for about three years now and I have been gaining other symptoms like you stated but I thought they were unrelated. I’m going to look into it more now. I really appreciate it ❤️
