Hmmm, then maybe the pain in between my shoulders comes from stress and stress and pain can cause high blood pressure. What do you think?

I would see your doctor there are all sorts of reason why you could be feeling this pain in your shoulder blades and some are pretty serious reasons so please go get it checked out.
