Yes! I went to physical therapy for it and it went a way for a bit but as soon as i stopped it was back, yoga has helped a decent bit mainly back and shoulder type stretches

I have this too. It’s so awful. Good posture, keep moving, stretches that’s my advice. It’s so hard just to function and live though.
