Agonizing Left Shoulder Blade Pain - Seeking Advice

I don’t know what my left shoulder blade pain is from but it’s getting agonizing. It hurts no after what I do (e-stim, heat, ice, a bath). I had done acupuncture in the past and it helped so much but I can’t afford it now since my insurance won’t cover it 😭 It’s been over a year of this (off and on, but almost nonstop). I’m tired of operating on a minimum of 6 on my pain scale every day, it’s so exhausting. Am I missing any other options/causes?
