Struggling with Chronic Pain and Family Obligations

I swear I get flare ups right before I NEED my body to work well laying on an ice pack covering my back atm as I'm so sorry from inflammation and my left shoulder ribs and side muscles seizing up and spasming but I got to get all the kids ready for a 2.5 drive to see my mum tomorrow and then same length driving back 😭😩 not seen my mum in years finally get a reliable car plan it and got a nasty headache from the trapped nerves from this too

😥I hate having to go thru life like everybody with extra weight. It's an unfair uphill battle. I understand sister

it's so hard living like this all the time 😭 but it could try give me a break to see my mum in normal pain levels

I went into hospital in 2020 with rib pain, Turns out I was having a Tachycardic episode. Unknown cause as it's never happened before now I'm undiagnosed and continue having these symptoms years later

I get rib pain often sadly more so when I try exercise due to fibromyalgia I check my heart and blood pressure stats reasonably regularly as I wear a Fitbit constantly
