Can Sexual Arousement Trigger Seizures?

I know someone who's ex would have seizures sometimes when they were about to have sex. Their epilepsy was also undiagnosed though, because the doctors couldn't figure out what caused them. But my friend and their ex thinks it was probably hormonal, because there was other situations when they would get very emotional, no matter what emotion, just if they felt something very intensely they had a seizure. So🤷‍♀️ It is possible. I've known 2 people (with epilepsy) who have had seizures during sex. If that answers your question
