A friend of mine had "mystery" pelvic and abdominal pain for ages and it was eventually found she had a rare autoimmune symptom that was causing vaginal lesions? I agree with maybe getting a 2nd opinion.

The vaginal prolapse could be a sign of problems with your cervix. I'm assuming you've had a hysterectomy to remove the rest, the prolapse could mean there are tissues that should have been removed from above your cervix, something that would not be visible from outside, this could be causing irritation to the area. alternatively it could be whatever closure method was used for the surgery is causing irritation. Both of which would cause discomfort, possible bleeding and even pain in the wider region. The prolapses could be fully caused by straining due to the constipation. Prescription muscle relaxant laxatives can help with the congestion and then at lower dose prevent excessive build up and help regulate the natural processes. I'd look into possibly seeing a different doctor for a second opinion. And I'd do some research around having a laparoscopy to check for growths or irritation to the cervix as well as if it would be worth having the cervix removed or if that could make matters worse.

@QueenOfPlants Just to clarify I am not a medical specialist or anything but I have done stacks of reading and research of what could go wrong with hysterectomy procedures and issues that can occur afterwards, But your best bet would be getting another doctor to see you.

Do you get pain when you need to pee? If so, it could be IC/BPS! I’d recommend seeing a doctor for a check over x

@Biblio_sloth saw the Dr who asked if bloods coming from my vagina or bladder,I said it's in my urine how do I know, she did a smear, said it was not,al,that's odd my last one wasn't and said I look like a drug seeker, more blood, she's done nothing else,so I'm in pain, and wanted to take my life last night, still do😭
