Being unable to urinate or hard to start urinating. Blood in urine, but sometimes none. Urethra on fire. And I get cramps so bad, it feels like labor. But I've had a hysterectomy so I know the cramping and spasms are coming from the bladder. Back pain. I just had bladder hydrodistention 2 days ago. Have you ever had one of those?

  @SheaShea agree. I have pelvic floor disorder so I’ve had retention for years and have cathed for many years ( mostly at night)
