My depression and anxiety have become severe lately and it's over baring , too over baring. What do I need to do to make the pain go away it's too much

Try therapy and think of some grounding skills. Like one my therapist told me is when it feels so overbearing just try to close your eyes and think about what you can smell, think about what you can hear, think about what you feel like the fabric of your pants, and carry around some hard candy then think about what you can taste. Something that's sort of helped me is messing with a marble and just playing with it in my hand. I also journal quite frequently I use Quillo an app and it's helped a lot to see what exactly is bothering me and to try to fix what I can and to let go what I can't. Which can be hard but once you find something that works it helps so much and if you have the right med combo that can help like I've been where you are and lately I've felt so much better I've felt more confident, more involved, and less conflicted. I understand... my only advice would be to try distracting yourself by listening to music, gaming, or art, maybe. Usually listening to music and just crying help me, especially when I have a breakdown.
@StarWalker see those were my go to all the time but im tired of crying and those don't help anymore 😔
