Need help with self-harm urges

Hi there, so sorry to hear this. I struggle with this as well and sometimes nothing helps but some things that have helped me in the past has been ripping up pieces of paper, drawing on myself with marker, screaming into a pillow or in my car, or punching something soft. Sometimes just distracting yourself until it goes away works ❤️
