Love all of these! Usually, I like to cut up fruit and make smoothie bowls. Then unwind with a book. If the weather is nice, I love to go on hikes or chill in my hammock :)

Watch what I want on YouTube or any other streaming platform, drawing, journaling, and of course taking a nap!!

Music, guided meditations, a nice shower/bath, herbal teas, coffee, play a game, playing with my pets, reading, doing my nails, skincare, haircare, a nice drive (not in this economy though 😅)
