I keep everything as clean as possible. Washing my face and brushing my teeth before bed is a must and what I struggle getting done. But checking them off the list always makes me feel better. Hydration is a must everyday as much as I can. And making sure to meditate (nothing fancy) just focusing on breath whenever I think about it for short periods of time usually.
