I love my walks so relaxing and doing my hobbies such as reading, writing, drawing, singing, dancing and just chilling. Hobbies are so important to me. They make me forget all my problems and help me to live a better life.
Here are some activities I do (no particular order) : ♡ Bubble Baths!!! ♡Quiet time (I spend time with God, but I'm sure you can do other things, maybe read a book or listen to music?) ♡ Stretching ♡ A date night with myself ♡ Journaling ♡ Creating list for routines/things I need (I really love list!) ♡ Drinking coffee while bird watching ♡ Browsing etsy and other shops! (You know what they say, if the anxiety is popping, might as well go shopping!) ♡ Organizing things! ♡ MAKE YOUR BED WHEN YOU FISRT WAKE UP IN THE MORNING! ♡ maybe spend some time outside. (I have to say maybe, because I know it's supposed to be good for you, but I don't do it) Hope you find something! 🤗
