Seeking Help for Anxiety and PTSD Without Benzos

I'm also on Buspirone and it helps me a lot. My anxiety is down a lot, despite my depression spiking recently. I also recently learned that my Lyrica for pain isn't doing as much as it should. I'd like to get weaned off of it so I can do things like lose weight to help the fibro. I don't know if there will be a replacement med, but perhaps there's a way to treat that holistically.

Buspirone. It's an old med, only generic, but it is very mild as far as side effects. You have a lot of adjustability in dose and the effectiveness builds up like an antidepressant, but it is a different class of drug, it works more specifically on anxiety. My antidepressant didn't do enough for my anxiety alone.
