hi I have cyclothymia and taking 200mg of lamotrogine accompanied with 30mg of citalopram. These last few months I've been hitting rock bottom, and then bouncing to far. I've been okish over the years, but now I'm thinking, do I need to go to GP and ask for a change in dosage on the Lamotrogine...
