I am also just now starting out! I just started Lamotrogine but it’s been making me have some difficult nightmares that’ll wake me up multiple times during the night. It seems like a rare side effect but you should let me know what you end up trying!

It’s a rough journey as I am also in the trial and error portion of my bipolar medication. Just hang in there and we will all support you!! Remember, emotions are a temporary state of mind. Don’t let them permanently destroy your life! ❤️
