Heyaa! First of all, congratulations on nearing the end of your breast cancer treatment—you've come such a long way, and that's something to be incredibly proud of! It's completely normal to feel anxious about returning to work after such a challenging journey, but please know that you're not alone.
I think it really depends on your line of work and how emotionally prepared you are... I eased back into work with part time hours and gradually ramped up my workload. I think, for me, work actually helped me feel a bit better about myself and get better on the psychological front. Don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it, slow and steady, try to avoid coming back too soon and adding the stress of work to the stress of the medical jounrey you just went through.
First of, big CONGRATS on nearing the end of your treatment! For me, it was a mix of emotions ,I was excited to get back to normal, but I also had this fear of not being able to keep up. My advice is to take it slow and communicate openly with your employer and colleagues. If possible to come back part time initially, and then gradually coming back to full-time, I highly recommend that...
