      You got this! And if you don’t, that’s okay too. ❤️ It may be helpful to start your day off using as many anxiety coping skills as you can. Breathing exercises, meditation, light a candle, journal, listen to soft music. Drink water, eat a healthy breakfast. Take bathroom breaks if you can just to breathe and help regulate your body throughout the day. Phone a friend during lunch or play a game on your phone, something to give you a boost of dopamine and get out of your head a little. It helps me to have somewhat of a plan because fear of the unknown is what causes my anxiety. So feeling like I have some control over what happens helps ease it.
