I was on medical leave in my previous job and I made the mistake of pushing myself even harder to “make up for it” and being a people pleaser and ignoring my health completely. I would make sure to give yourself grace and be kind to your mind and body, take it easy as you come back to work and take the breaks as needed! ❤️ there is a lot of fear in returning to work but try not to stress too much as it will be bad for your health instead take some deep breaths and know that you are well qualified for this job and you will do all that you are able to!
