Returning to Work After a Mental Breakdown

I had a nervous breakdown almost 5 years ago and ended up in inpatient for a week. When I went back to work, it was hard and I had panic attacks everyday for the first week or so. It took a couple of months for it to level out. You’ve got this. I promise. ❤️

The first day back had some tears and required Ativan. Today I am working at home which is better. But overall it went well
