I'm struggling today. I'm really in my head about getting back to work. I'm terrified to go back, but know if I take more time off, I'll likely be let go. I just want to crawl back into bed and never leave.

      Idk if there are resources like this in many places. But I have this thing called FMLA. I use it for my mental health. It doesnt get you paid hours, but it literally holds your spot in your job. You can use it for consecutive weeks at a time, or sporadically over time. I have them dark days too. I wake up in the morning most of the time like... Fuck, I woke up, Again. And I hate it. Everyone should have the time to unplug their mind and recharge.

      I was recently triggered at work which led to several days of that exact feeling. I even started looking for different jobs because I was scared to show my face there at all. But I pushed through and went to work and all the things I was paranoid about ended up not being true, and even though I still get really anxious when I go in, it’s faded as time has gone on and I’m glad I didn’t quit. I don’t know the context of your situation, but I’m sure you will be just fine. Whatever challenges you’re facing, I believe you will get through it :)
