      Im ready to disown my brother as soon as i move out of our parents house. No matter how much my mother says "he's you're brother" and so on, he messed up not only a good portion of my life but was one of the causes of my panick attacks and anxiety. I wont reget it, cause he doesnt deserve to be in my life

      Me I have disowned alot of my family from both sides of my family and also disowned by sister and truly I never felt better bc all that drama is out of my life and it has beeness stressful.

      It may be painful but they probably don't deserve you back in their life if you have disowned them

      I haven't had to disown anyone yet but I do keep my distance and have rock solid electric fence boundaries for those problem/toxic ones.
