Questioning if I have Dependent Personality Disorder

Currently questioning if I have Dependent Personality Disorder (DPD). I haven’t asked my therapist yet to screen me for a diagnosis, but I’m definitely going to ask during my next session. I keep blaming other people and thinking that they’re the reasons why I can’t “find myself” and be autonomous. But now I’m a 27 year old mom still living with her parents and still with a guy I don’t fully love because I’m afraid of speaking up for myself. I almost always have to have someone tell me what to do at work, I struggle with keeping boundaries, I fight with my parents a lot whenever I’m not being very productive, I have a deep fear of not being able to survive on my own, and I’m having a hard time disciplining myself and my daughter.
