Google/seek out trips, tricks, supplements that would be helpful then create a list of things to try and see what works for you. Also recommend looking outside your diagnosis or suspicion of what’s going on because a lot of helpful things for other issues could help you function more optimally even if what it’s recommended for isn’t your biggest concern. Keep an open mind while also listening to yourself tho instead of listening. I’ve done a lot of things people told me would help and made it so much worse that I finally was like I’ve got to figure out what’s good for me instead of listening to others. They mean well, but that doesn’t always mean it will go well. Hoping you find what works for you!
