do whatever it takes to be listened to by your doctors, if it means going to the psych ward to change a medicine? do it. if it means walking out of a doctors appointment cause they can't get their head out their ass and listen? do it. a lot of doctors have this complex where they're always right and you must be the wrong one if they fuck up, don't listen to them when you know yourself so much better then they ever will. fight for yourself, it can be the best thing you ever do too.

Foremost, get a great therapist who does video call sessions, Sit/Stand outside for 10 min a day w/ sun protection (if you’re deficient you need it to activate your supplement), let ppl you trust know when you’re not okay so you don’t just suffer alone and never forget you’re not a burden nor put up with bad treatment bc you have different needs and it may be lonely (no people can be better than unsupportive people), invest in comfort for instance compression gloves and socks, TENS unit, herbal teas, heating pad, CBD, good pillow, etc., always make your doctor write down anything they refuse to do in your chart, and finally remember sometimes the most healing thing you can do is tell to someone to f*** off.

be careful with blindly accepting medication, do the homework your therapist gives you, & always use mindfulness skills

Listen to the doctors even if you think their requests are outrageous listen It’s hard to change but it’s worth it Sometimes it’s trial and error
