It was back in high school and I was performing for my class and forgot the words to the song and felt and heard my heart beating and got very dizzy and my whole body was like…numb sort of? I luckily don’t experience anything like that regularly, just what I call anxiety attacks when I get very worked up about something and my heart rate goes up and I can’t think.

I was in Best Buy last month looking for a new phone case. I had such a bad panic attack in the store that I couldn’t breathe. I thought it would pass, but it kept getting worse and I had to run out of the store because I was so overwhelmed I thought I was going to pass out. Ended up ordering a phone case online because I was so afraid of that happening again

My family and I got into a huge argument a few years back when I was in high school and I felt like I started overthinking after going in my room and reflecting on everything. I started crying because I realized I’d never have a normal relationship with them and I started to spiral. I just remember screaming, crying and hyperventilating. My mom started to laugh at me when I was having the attack which instantly made what seemed like the worst, even worse. After that I don’t remember anything. At all.

I had to pull over in front of a Bank of America off the side of the road in the pouring rain because my vision was too blurred and my head felt like someone was squishing my brain from all angles and like I was going to pass out or die. Every time I pass that Bank of America I remember that panic attack. I’ve had countless panic attacks but that was the most memorable.

I was under a countertop hyperventilating among other things for 20ish minutes before someone finally found me… I almost passed out from lack of oxygen. It was terrifying.

I've had a few. One time I was hyperventilating so bad I passed out. Another time I had one at school and I was sobbing and couldn't breathe. And then I had one about a year ago at my boyfriend's house where I was on the floor spaced out, crying, and hyperventilating.

I was in the middle of class and everyone stared at me while I freaked out, but nobody said anything so it was super uncomforting. I honestly felt like the world was going to cave in on me, I was pretty much losing my mind. I hyperventilated so hard that I pulled the muscles around my ribs and it hurt to breathe for a good week after that.

Well I get IBS flare ups when I'm anxious... So TECHNICALLY... My worst anxiety attack was when social interaction in a store was becoming too overwhelming and well, I crapped myself 😂😅😅 first and last time Ive done that but I've never forgotten 😅

I was in school and had a class where I finished all the work so I just sat there and began to zone out. I didn't realize until I zoned back in and felt overwhelmingly hot and couldn't breathe. I felt like I was going to pass out. Idk how but I calmly asked to use the bathroom and speed walked there and called my mom hyperventilating. After 15-20 mins (but it felt so much longer) she helped me calm down and I went back to class extremely tired for the rest of the day. I took the best nap when I got home though 😁
