      hey i feel you. i used to get bad panic attacks in public when covid was starting. what i did was remove myself from the situation and regulate by myself. if that won't work or isn't possible, fidget toys or other regulating tools that help keep your mind away from panicked thoughts and regulate your breathing might help!
