Focusing on my breathing has been one of the most helpful things for me or thinking about others things such as if you have pets think about them to "change the channel" in your mind

I try to stop for a minute no matter where I shall be, and think of my kids here on thus earth with out me, then of course that sends me into a even more panic attack. I'll then get aggravated within myself and that works!!! However then the overthinking kicks in, 😆 something that I have learned to just function with..🤔🤪
