I try to stop for a minute no matter where I shall be, and think of my kids here on thus earth with out me, then of course that sends me into a even more panic attack. I'll then get aggravated within myself and that works!!! However then the overthinking kicks in, 😆 something that I have learned to just function with..🤔🤪
