i think i’m about to have a panic attack can someone please help i don’t know what to do

      If you know what may be triggering it, I sometimes find (at least) a little relief to take a moment to focus on your surroundings and reminding myself that I am going to be okay. That right now, in this moment, everything is okay. Take a deep breath, maybe closing your eyes for a moment, holding a stuffed animal or looking out the window. Something to stimulate other senses in your body to help you focus on the right now.

      This was literally me today. You are not alone. Take a shower. Do something you love. Ask yourself why these thoughts are in your head. Don’t let yourself go down that rabbit hole. Read a book, watch a show, eat some food, drink some water. 💕

      Take a few deep breaths, maybe wrap yourself in a comfy blanket, and note 5 different colors around you/5 different sounds/3 scents to center yourself

        @Jenna11 (tw death) i saw a video about what it’s like to die and i’m terrified of it now and I cant confront the fact that it’s going to happen eventually, that’s what’s scary
