This was literally me today. You are not alone. Take a shower. Do something you love. Ask yourself why these thoughts are in your head. Don’t let yourself go down that rabbit hole. Read a book, watch a show, eat some food, drink some water. 💕

If you know what may be triggering it, I sometimes find (at least) a little relief to take a moment to focus on your surroundings and reminding myself that I am going to be okay. That right now, in this moment, everything is okay. Take a deep breath, maybe closing your eyes for a moment, holding a stuffed animal or looking out the window. Something to stimulate other senses in your body to help you focus on the right now.

Take a few deep breaths, maybe wrap yourself in a comfy blanket, and note 5 different colors around you/5 different sounds/3 scents to center yourself
