ok so you know that feeling of when you feel like you're about to have a panic attack but you dont? I've been having that all day so,,, are there any ways to get rid of that?

      Yes sometimes stimming/moving to let it out helps me, or trying to regulate my senses in some way, because my triggers are almost always sensory also water helps as well as less sugar and caffeine. Also breathing out against a straw because it helps me use my lung strength to regulate it a bit more (obviously laying down and breathing in between)
