      The ABC model of CBT is great for this! I would google some worksheets of it, because it can really help you to find the root of your worrisome thoughts and learn to correct these thoughts while acknowledging the emotion behind them so that you can think more positively over time! It takes time but it helps a lot. I would google “ABC model worksheets for CBT” if you are interested!

      I’d see if I could identify the source of my worry. Then find ways to navigate. Meditation and conversations with others that have a history of anxiety has helped me quite a bit.
