Overcoming Bipolar Disorder: From Darkness to Stability

Hello, I just joined alike. Diagnosed bipolar in 2020. 2 manic episodes and a long depression. Lost 2 jobs, was unemployed and depressed for a year, had strong suicidal thoughts but a psychiatrist taught me that “suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem” which helped me a lot. I have now been stable for over a year and I feel happy again and have energy to pursue my passion.
