Living with Bipolar Type Two Disorder

Hello, I’m Paulie and I was diagnosed after years of just being diagnosed with general anxiety and clinical depression. I realized with all of my medicines I was still having frequent SI thoughts which was ten times worse when I was on nothing at all. I got diagnosed with bipolar type two disorder because i don’t experience the manic episodes at all and it’s all on the depression side. Anyways. I’m 31 years old. I like to read manga and listen to audiobooks and podcasts, play video games, and watch anime. If anyone wants to talk

Looks like we have the same mental health profile! I took am bipolar 2, generalized anxiety, depression, and I also have adhd. My manic episodes are very few and far between, but when I look back there are times in my life where I definitely can see it, just didn’t notice it at the time! ❤️
