Living with Bipolar Type Two Disorder

Hello, I’m Paulie and I was diagnosed after years of just being diagnosed with general anxiety and clinical depression. I realized with all of my medicines I was still having frequent SI thoughts which was ten times worse when I was on nothing at all. I got diagnosed with bipolar type two disorder because i don’t experience the manic episodes at all and it’s all on the depression side. Anyways. I’m 31 years old.
