Hello, Hopefully someone is reading this who “gets” it. I’ve had at least 2 major depressive episodes and 3 hypomanic episodes in life so far. Currently diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder and unspecified mood disorder. I know I have Bipolar II disorder. When I read it in the DSM, I say “Yeahhh that’s me 😅” Feeling stable for the past 2 years and grateful for that! With the help of family, friends, and meds.
