Need Help with Osteoarthritis Pain Relief

On bad days, I apply a magnesium spray to my knees first. Then, after it drys, I apply some of the generic Voltaren. Braces for added support are a godsend on angry knees days. I hope that you feel better soon, these winter storms are brutal to those of us with cranky joints.

I take a daily vitamin with D and B 100 complex :)
