so like, i’m learning a little bit how my ocd effects me. and i’ve discovered that when i have something organized (ex: what items are needed to clean something, how many of each cleaning item will there be - like “3 microfiber cloths” - when to clean it, how to clean it, and each of those microfiber cloths have a certain purpose) i feel such a relief rush in, and i sometimes believe that that’s the feeling typicals always feel on a normal day or happy day. i hope that makes sense.. but anyway, i’m starting to see the contrast of it all. and how ocd really effects my feelings of safety in my environment. ex: not organized, not safe to my head.
