“Training your gut” dm me so I can further explain
I find small things help like heat usually relieves some tension in my stomach so I use a heating pad or take a hot bath/ shower. To help with anxiety I love weighted objects (weighted blanket, weighted dolls and stuffed animals) or anything I can fidget with like rings. Something that helps me with nausea that isn’t medication is massaging my wrists, i don’t know if it actually helps or it just distracts me, but it usually provides at least a little relief.
breathing exercises, mindfulness, ‘hygge’, cbd. these help me with anxiety regarding ibs
