Anyone else carry their stress/anxiety in the gut? Not in the form of nausea, but tension/muscle aches. I can’t shake it even when my anxious thoughts are minimal. Any and all thoughts would help! 💗

      Yes everyday! Even when I'm not particularly anxious or feeling stressed. My stomach is sooo sensitive. I have nausea, cramping, fullness feeling and mixed bowel movements

      I think doing full body stretching/yoga with deep breathing would help 🫶🏽
