Hello. I understand. I always stress about taking so many meds for my migraines. I get them just about everyday. I’ve been thinking about taking the injection once a month but I have to wait for my insurance to approve it. Have you thought about giving the injection a try?

Maybe try an elimination diet. I have quite a few food triggers, the biggest one being gluten, but also pork, MSG, bananas, and there's a whole list.

I find dry needling for head, neck and jaw helpful, and cupping of the neck. This is done at physical therapy

Hi Lily, I'm Cece 🙂 These wont make the migraine go away, but they help ease my discomfort and symptoms to give the medications a better chance of working. Peppermint oil - under the nose, at the site of the migraine, I even use it as a room spray. Oolong tea (or any tea that helps inflammation really) - I try to drink at least one cup a day. I chose this one because I like the taste 😋 Stretching - If not every day, as often as you can. During my migraines, I tend to curl into a ball and tense my muscles for hours at a time, causing even more migraines. Hope this helps 😁
