      “Can we just sit down and rest for a few minutes and then keep going?” — I wish that solved my problems, lol. Once the flare up has set in its there to stay. Sitting down for 5 minutes to “rest” doesn’t do any good. If anything it makes things set in faster 😭

        @LemonSnicker oh my gosh i get that all the time!! "hey if you sit down will things be better?" no! but.. they wont get worse at least-

        @frustratedfibro I hate telling people I have fibro (I'm still in 6th form, pre uni) because their response is always "oh my mum has that" or "you're too young"
