Dealing with Unsolicited Chronic Pain Advice from Family Members

I go through the same thing so what I tell them is too read up on my diagnosis and understand the pain because fibromyalgia😥 comes with other diagnoses also.. The only person that will understand is ppl going through it like us..😥
