uh hey I'm new ig and I'm trying to understand what's going on. I've recently been kind of diagnosed with psychosis(not official and no meds yet but my therapist and psychiatrist and parents all say that's what it is) and I'm just feeling very detached and out of my body and idk what to do cause I hate this feeling

I had my first experience with psychosis a month ago and ended up going to a treatment center to come up with a better treatment plan because my therapist wasn’t listening or at least acknowledging the severity of the issue , I found the treatment center extremely helpful

  @Emris I'm very scared of treatment centers. I've had multiple friends go and say it was the most traumatizing experience of their life, idk if it's just where I'm from but they scare me.
