I've been struggling with psychosis for some time now, and was recently told it is likely schizophrenia. Ever since I've heard that, I keep going through bouts where I feel like I made a mistake seeking help, that I'm not in psychosis at all, and that I should cancel all further appointments. Does anyone else experience this? If you do, how do you combat these feelings? I don't know if I'm going into denial or what.

That's another delusion.. small but prevalent nonetheless. I advise seeking help for the condition you were originally diagnosed with, unless you notice the signs.

@JohnBurley I was a little worried about that. I'm still seeking help/taking meds, it just gets difficult. I'll bring it up with my therapist soon.
